JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Sales Manager

Division: International Sales Group China

JOB Scope: Drive sales of exhibition space and sponsorships of the assigned overseas events to domestic customers to achieve revenue targets and other business objectives.


Key responsibilities:

  1. Formulate sales strategy for booth space selling and sponsorship packages
  2. Develop Lobbying with central authorities or regional ones
  3. Identify and prospect new business opportunity
  4. Develop Sales and Partners to achieve sq.m. and revenue target
  5. Develop and maintain prospect lists
  6. Proactively reach out to prospects by emails, phone calls and visits to conduct direct selling
  7. Make occasional business trips for sales calls
  8. Provide on-going customer service
  9. Collaborate with show team in developing relevant show content
  10. Keep abreast of the industry and the competitive environment
  11. Build relationship and work with industry groups, publications and associations
  12. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports
  13. Interaction / support with marketing team

Requirements:

  1. Be fluent in both oral and written Mandarin and English. A second foreign language is appreciated.
  2. Good communication and presentation skills
  3. Energetic and resourceful
  4. Self motivated and a team player
  5. At least 5 years working expereience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  6. Exhibition experience an advantage but not a must
  7. Customer focus
  8. Initiative
  9. Reliable and have sense of responsibility
  10. Self-confident and disciplined
  11. Innovative and creative
